Management begins at 10% of rental income, with reduced rates available for larger portfolios. New-tenant placement is 50% of the first full month's rent. We do not add a management mark-up to repair invoices.

These two forms give us the owner, marketing, and move-in information needed to begin caring for your property.
1. Owner Contact & Rental Property Marketing Details
Provide your contact information, rent goals, availability, property features, appliances, HOA coverage, pet rules, utilities, and other details needed to prepare and market the property.

Provide the property-specific access, utility, parking, service, and operating information WRP needs to prepare for the resident’s move-in.

Report changes to your phone, email, mailing address, authorized contacts, insurance, ownership entity, or property instructions.

Notify WRP in writing if you are considering selling, moving back into the property, or ending management. Notice requirements are governed by your agreement.

Protect sensitive owner information by using only the secure method provided by WRP.

Download the blank W-9, complete it, and return it only through the secure method provided by WRP. Do not send your Social Security number or Tax ID through ordinary email.
